Returns

At House of Basalt we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. We understand that occasionally, items may not meet your expectations. If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen (14) days from the date of receiving your order, provided it meets our return guidelines outlined below.

To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it - unused, unopened, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging. Orders returned beyond the fourteen (14) day return window will not be accepted for any form of returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Teas with opened safe seal packaging and candles that have been burned are non-returnable. Additionally, sale or promotional discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.
