Shipping & Delivery
We ship from Los Angeles, California. Domestic orders are processed and shipped via UPS, while international orders are handled by DHL. We aim for prompt delivery, with all orders processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once payment authorization and verification are complete.
Orders over $200 USD will require a signature upon delivery. For pre-orders or backorders, you will receive an email notification with the expected shipping date.
Please note: Local, state, federal, or international taxes, duties, and any additional fees are the customer’s responsibility.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been filled and shipped, you will receive a second notification via email with a tracking number to receive updates regarding your shipment. Once the package is in the hands of the shipping provider, we are not responsible for delayed or lost items.
*Express, 2nd Day, Overnight Delivery & International Shipping - Orders placed after 12 PM PST will not ship until the next business day. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories cannot be expedited.
